I completely forgot I had this blog. I’ve been busy. I am in my second semester of sophomore year in college and today is my las day of classes before finals. I have 6 handmade slides, and two histology poster to turn in today. I’ve been pretty stressed. I started getting icepick headaches yesterday. Anyways, I am still going to use this blog to keep track of things to do and my health.

About a year ago I was 138lbs (my heaviest) and was still heavily binging and purging. Now I am 128 and am controlling it a lot better. 10 pounds isn’t that much, but it is progress and I am proud. I am in a much better place, but i do relapse and have my bad days/ bay weeks lol. But I am happier.

I’m a bit worried about classes because i think that I’m going to end up with a B in all my classes. Which I know is “fine“, but I’m trying to get into graduate school. This has just been a rough semester seeing as I was taking three lab classes, all challenging, as well as french 102, whci isn’t a hard class, but considering i never have time for it and hardly even study for it…it hasn’t gone great. But, oh well…its just one semester right? I was hoping to pull my 3.66 gpa to a 3.7, but I don’t think it’ll be happening. I’m pretty sure I’ll end up with a 3.6… :-( I will have four more semesters to pull it up to a 3.75 or higher though. Maybe…I have to do the calculations.

anyways…I am going to be doing research this summer and am staying in an apartment with my boyfriend and friend and I am going to work out a lot this summer. Let me share with you my goals for the summer:

May 5th: 127.4lbs

June 10:124.0-124.5lbs

July 10: 122lbs

August 10: 120lbs

August 25: 119-120lbs

also, my birthday is august 30th so I can get myself the sneakers I’ve been wanting then, and maybe something else if I’ve met my goal. I think 2 pounds a month is reasonable and will be relaxed enough so that I don’t start getting into unhealthy habits. I am also just doing it for overall health, and although I will weigh myself weekly, I will get my boyfriend to look at the scale so that I don’t get worried. I  will just look at it on days i am supposed to have met a goal.

I will aslo begin looking for graduate schools/ programs and studying for the GRE’s this summer. I will also read through my organic book, because I did not do that at all this semester, and i think it would have really helped my learning.

Alright then. I hope to give little update everyday, either with how school is going, or my caloric intake for the day.
